During registration, age verification is enforced through identity document submission. If jlj7 discovers or is notified that an account has been registered by or is being used by a person under 21, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be assessed in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and any collected personal data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law.
11. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Some of jlj7's technology infrastructure providers and licensed game content providers are based outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to entities in other countries, jlj7 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including contractual clauses that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those required by Philippine law. jlj7 does not transfer data to jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing inadequate protection for personal data without implementing compensating contractual and technical controls.
